  • Eddie Moodie, an apprentice at DFDS, successfully achieved his Business Administration Level 3 qualification in May. Since joining in 2022, Eddie has shown exceptional dedication, versatility, and a strong work ethic, becoming a key member of the Operations Customer Service team.

  • Beth Graham recently completed the Women in Leadership Level 3 Apprenticeship, achieving a Distinction. The programme enabled her to strengthen her leadership skills, build confidence, and enhance her ability to influence and engage stakeholders, supporting her continued development as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

  • Millie Mathieson, joined the Business Performance team in June. A BA Economics student from Lancaster University, Millie has brought with her a strong passion for applying economic thinking and data analysis, and has already contributed to a number of ongoing projects.

  • Apprentice Lucy Wright achieved a Distinction in her Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Since joining us in July 2023, Lucy has shown exceptional dedication and professionalism, becoming a valued member of the team. Her achievement highlights both her hard work and the strength of our apprenticeship programme in developing future talent.
